Hello everybody! My name is Nathalie Flores and I am a California Licensed Esthetician & certified make up artist. I graduated from International School of Beauty with certifications in advanced skincare & microdermabrasion. I have worked in the world of skin care retail for 20+ yrs so I have had the opportunity to train and acquire an extensive amount of product knowledge that I love sharing with my current clients. I am an esthetician who believes education never stops, and I continue to attend trainings and webinars to bring you the most up to date techniques in my field. CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW Policy. All cancellations and reschedules must happen no later than 48 hours BEFORE your appointment. My system will charge 50% fee on any Last minute cancellation or NO SHOW made after the 48 hr time frame. Any NO SHOWS or Consistent rescheduling will be asked to pay a reservation fee when booking a future appointment.This amount will be applied to appointment. This allows my business to run smoothly for both you as client and me as service provider.
